Ingredients :

100gm potato      (washed,skin removed,cut into very small pieces)

50gm carrot         (washed,skin removed,cut into very small pieces)

50gm beetroot      (washed,skin removed,cut into very small pieces)

50gm greenpeas   (raw)

100gm dry cashewnuts

50gm onion          (finely chopped)

2 tablespoon ginger-garlic    (finely chopped)

2 tablespoon lime juice

2 tablespoon corriander leaf   (cut)

3 tablespoon olive oil

1 pkt bread       (powder)

coconut oil      (necessary for frying)

Preparation Method:

First step: Steamcook potato,carrot,beetroot & greenpeas.

Second step:Take a pan.Add olive oil.Then add onion&ginger -garlic chopped and light fry.

Third step:Mix the cooked vegetables,corriander leaves,and the light fried vegetables well.

Fourth step:Make dry cashewnut paste & add lime juice into it.Mix this paste with the vegetable & mix well.

Fifth step:Shape the mixture as oval.

Sixth step:Take the pan.Add coconut oil necessary.Heat it.

Seventh step:Soak the kabab in the bread powder & put it into the pan & fry it in the low flame.

Eighth step:Take a dish.Put a tissue paper in it.Put the kabab on the paper.Decorate each side with carrot flowers & corriander leaves.NOW THE "VEGETABLE KABAB "IS READY!
