Veg Pasta

Veg-PastaFresh vegetables and pasta cooked with pasta sauce (tomato sauce). Its a delicious and colorful dish.

Ingredients –
Boiled Pasta – 3 Cups (Add 1 tbsp oil, and some salt while boiling)
Carrot – 2 (sliced)
Bell Pepper – ½ Cup (you can add red, green, orange bell pepper whatever you like)
Onion – 1 (chopped and fried in 1 tbsp oil)
Green Beans – ¼ Cup (chopped)
Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Basil – ½ tsp
Pasta Sauce – ½ Cup
Salt – to taste
Green Chillies – 3 (slit)
Red Chilli Flakes – to taste
Sugar – ½ tsp
Mozzarella Cheese – ½ Cup (Grated)

Method –
Heat oil in a pan and add vegetables and saute until they are nearly tender.
Add fried onion, red chilli flakes, basil, pasta sauce and cook for few minutes on medium heat.
Now add bolied pasta. Mix well and stir it for 2-3 mins.
Once it is done transfer the pasta into a microwave saved bowl. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it and microwave it for 2 mins.

Tip –
You can add and replace any vegetable of your choice.
You can make pasta sauce at home as well.
