Ingredients :

Flour – 3 cups
Cabbage – 1 cup shredded
Beans – 1/2 cup chopped
Carrots – 1 cup chopped
Green peas – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1 chopped
Green chilli – 3 chopped
Capsicum – 1/2 cup chopped
Spring onion – 1/2 cup chopped
Oil – for stir frying
Salt – according to taste

For chutney :

Garlic – 5 flakes
Red chilli – 3
White vinegar – 1/2 cup
Tomato sauce – 1/2 cup
Salt – according to taste.

Method :

Mix flour, salt, refined oil and warm water to make a soft dough.

Boil chopped carrots ,beans, cabbage and green peas for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, capsicum,carrots, beans,green peas,cabbage, spring onion,

green chilli and salt.

Stir fry for few minutes. Let it cool.

Roll out the dough in the form of puri.

Place a spoonful of vegetable mixture at the centre of a puri and fold its edges with little water.

Steam the MOMO s in an idli utensil for 10 minutes.

To prepare Chutney :

Churn all the ingredients in a mixer.

Serve the VEG MOMOS with thischutney.
