upma Recipe is healthy, light and delicious to eat and moreover different variety and taste in breakfast, I hope u like this. Ingredients are very simple available in any normal family and very easy to cook.
To prepare upma for 3-4 persons
Suzi : 1 big bowl
Ghee : 1 table spoon
Onion : 2 (choke)
Sirka or lemon : 1 table spoon
Potatos : 2 barik kate hue
How to prepare
We can start making upma by just add ghee in kadai or pen and add suzi to it and start rolling till then its colour comes to light brown and slight fragnance of suzi comes and keep it or some time and remove from gas. After it fry the cut potatos and keep it in another bowl. Then take another kadai or pen and add ghee on it. Wen ghee will be hot add black sarso half little spoon and add choked onion on it and roll till light brown then add tomatos on it then salt red mirch powder amchoor acc. To taste and after all mixture prepared add that fried potatoes suji and immediately add 2 bowl of water on it and wait for some time till mixture gets hard. Then add sirka or lemon and hara dhaniya leaves on it. Delicious upma is ready for eating now u can serve it on breakfast table .
