6 raw mangoes, cut into fine pieces
2teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 cup fennel seeds (saunf), coarsely ground
2 tablespoon methi
½ teaspoon nigellla seeds (kalonji)
1 tablespoons chilli powder
1 tablespoons split mustard seeds (rai na kuria)
2 cup mustard oil
salt according to test (at least 3 teaspoon)
Mix the mangoes, turmeric powder and 2 tablespoons of salt.
Place the mangoes in direct sunlight for 1 day in a glass jar and cover it.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. .
Place the pickle under the sun for 4 to 5 days.
