1 handful mixed fresh raspberries and strawbeerries
100g low-fat live yogurt
A few drops of Ginkgo Biloba (available in any good health shop)
4 ice cubes
Method: Juice the apple and pour into blender. Add the raspberries, strawberries yogurt, ice and Ginko biloba. Blend until smooth.
