Ingredients
sprouted moong-1cup
brown bread-4 slices
onion-1/2
oil-1/2 tsp.
salt-to taste
green chutney-2 tsp.

for chutney:
corriander-1 cup
peanuts-1 tsp.
jeera pwd.-i tsp.
salt-totaste
greenchilli-1/2

Method
Boil the sprouts.
saute the onions & add the sprouts to it.add salt.
grind all the ingrediants of the chutney.
apply a spoon of chutney on 1 slice-pu the sprots mix on it-cover with another slice of bread with chutney.
put another layer of the sprout mix & finally cover with another slice.
cut into 2 triangles–& serve hot
