Sirka pickel

Ingredients

25-30red chillies

½ tablespoons mustard oil

25-30 garlic cloves

250c.c. vinegar

1tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

Method

Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and chillies, fry briefly, add other ingredients, boil it for 5minutes.

Remove from heat and cool.

Sirka pickle is ready. May preserved for year in a glass jar.
