Simla Mirch Recipe

Serve – 4

Ingredients

5 simla mirch, medium size (washed, chopped)

5 green chilies (washed, chopped)

½ ginger (washed, chopped)

¼ tsp black mustard seeds

1 tbsp mustard oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp garam masala

Method

Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds, add ginger and chilies after 30 seconds, stir,  after 30 seconds add simla mirch and other ingredients, cover fully, lower flame and cook for 2 minutes, Open cover and fry for 1 minutes. Off the heat.

A side dish is ready.
