Preparation Time: 25-35 min
3 cups plain yogurt (20 fl. oz.)
1 Tbsp warm milk
1/4 tsp saffron
1/2 tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp raw pistachio nuts, skinned and chopped
First you have to put and Tie the yogurt in a muslin cloth overnight(1 to 2 hrs at-least). Put into a bowl and add sugar. Mix it.. Soak saffron in milk for 15 minutes. Whisk the drained yogurt, saffron milk, and cardamom together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Put in a dish and chill until set. Garnish with the nuts.
