Read the processor of Shahi Oats Burfi Recipe below
- Oats – 50gms
- Milk – ½ ltr
- Sugar – 20gms
- Rabdi – 50gms
- Almonds – 20gms
- Cashew Nuts – 20gms
- Pistachios – 10gms
- Saffron – 4-6 strands
- Kewra Essence – 5-10ml
Boil the Milk , add Sugar , Saffron and Oats together.
After the mixture gets light yellow colour , add Chopped Almonds & Cashew Nuts.
Now mix it well with Rabdi and Kewra Essence.
On a greased Tray put this mixture & let it cool for an Hour.
Cut the Mixture in Diamonds shape and Garnish with chopped Pistachios.
