Schezwan Chowmein
1 pack  Veg Hakka Noodles
1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, julienned
2 capsicums, sliced
3 spring onions, chopped
2 tsp. oil
3 tbsp Schezwan Chutney
Salt to taste
Cook the noodles in hot water as per pack instructions. Heat oil in a wok (frying pan) on a high flame. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry. Add noodles and stir-fry on a high flame for 2-3 minutes. Now add the Schezwan Chutney and mix well. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot!!!
