Sarson ki Chutney – Mustard Seed Chutney

Sarson ki chutney

We know in winter months the Sarson ka saag is the most beloved dish to the rural Punjab, now try something new and more spicy and tasty, the Sarson ki chutney.
Ingredients
1 . Two garlic clove
2 . Four green chills
3 . 25 – gms sarso ( mustered)
4 . one tea spoon sarso oil
5 . 1/2 – tea spoon salt (as to taste)
6. Two lemon

Method

Roasted lahsun and chilli1 . Roast garlic clove,
2 . Roast chilies,
3 . Separate flakes from garlic clove,
4 . Roast sarso in a pan,

Sarson ki chutney
5 . Mix all ingredients and finally add lemon juice and grind all these together to make a thick paste.
serve with meal , can be used for one day .
