Mustard Greens – 250 gm (roughly chopped)
Spinach – 200 gm (roughly chopped)
Fenugreek Leaves – 50 gm (roughly chopped)
Tomato – 1 (roughly chopped)
1 cup water
Salt – to taste
Gram flour/ Maize flour – 2 tsp
2 green chillies
Ginger Paste – 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Butter – 2 tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Add mustard greens, spinach , fenugreek leaves, tomato, salt and water into pressure cooker & cook over low heat for 15-20 mins.
Mash the greens mix well to make a course paste.
Add green chillies and gram flour/ maize flour cook till green mix gets thick.
For tadka, heat ghee in a pan add chopped onions, ginger & garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder & saute until onions are light brown and add in the green mix.
Garnish with a dollop of butter.
