Salt ‘N’ pepper mushroom

Ingredients
Ginger garlic Paste – ( 1-1 tablespoon )
Green onion – ( 1 teaspoon chopped )
Green chilli – ( 1 teaspoon )
Soya sauce – ( 1 teaspoon )
Oil – ( 1 teaspoon )
Onion – ( 20 grams chopped )
Red chilli paste – ( 1 teaspoon )
Vinegar – ( few drops )

Mixture ingredients
Maida – ( 2 tablespoon )
Cornflour – ( 3 tablespoon )
Salt – ( to taste )
Mushroom – ( 1 packet )

Method
Make a mixture of maida , cornflour and salt , and mix mushrooms in it and fry it . Heat oil in a pan and cook onion , ginger garlic paste , green chilli in it . After it add red chilli paste , soya sauce , vinegar and green onion and cook for a few minutes . Mix fried mushrooms in it and serve hot .
