Rice and curd


1 cup cooked rice (soft)

2 cups fresh curd (not sour)

2 green chilies ( chopped)

1/2 tsp. ginger (finely chopped)

2 tsp. oil

1 spring of curry leaves

1/2 tsp. mustard seeds

2 red chilies

1/2 tsp. salt (as to test)


Beat curd, add rice, salt, ginger, green chili and mix well.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, red chili, curry leaves as seeds starts to splutter off heat and pour it over curd and rice and mix well.

Serve it.
