Raw Mango Sauce


500 gm. raw mango(remove seed & skin, separate mango flesh)       

500 gm. sugar

1 tsp. red chili powder

1 tsp. pepper powder

1/2 tsp. salt

2-3 drops yellow color


Mix well all the ingredients in a heating saucepan.Simmer over low heat until mango become soft, about 25-30 minutes.Remove heat. Cool it naturally.

Blend it to a fine paste.Store it in dry airtight bottles. Keep in fridge.
