Rava Fruit Nut Sweet Balls
Rava ( sooji) – 2cup
Coconut milk – 1/2cup
Mixed fruit juice- 1/2 cup OR (orange/mango/grape juice can also be used )
Almonds/Pistas/walnuts- 3 tbsp ( finely chopped)
Dates and figs- 4 finely chopped
Elaichi powder – pinch
Oil – to fry
Sugar – 1 cup (powdered)
Cooking soda – pinch
Soak Rava (sooji) in coconut milk and mixed fruit juice with cooking soda for an hour.
Then add elaichi, Sugar powder, dry fruits, nuts, , and mix all well . Keep aside for 15 min
Make the consistency in Vada batter.
Now heat the oil and fry in sim flame till the balls turn golden brown.
Serve with a honey dip or dust it with cocoa or sugar powder.
