POTATO RAJMA TIKKI

Serves:  2

Preparation time:  10 mins.

Cooking time:  30 mins.

Ingredients:

3 nos. potatoes, boiled

3 tbsp. rajma

1 onion, finely chopped

2 ½ tsp. ginger-garlic-chilli

1 ½ tbsp. amchur powder

1 tsp. rajma masala powder

1 tsp. dhania jeera powder

1 tsp. rajma masala powder

¼ tsp. turmeric powder

½ tsp. red chilli powder

2 tsp. mint leaves

2 tbsp. coriander leaves

2-3 tbsp. corn flour

salt to taste

oil to fry

Method:

1. Soak rajma overnight and pressure cook the next day.  Drain and keep aside.

2. Mash potatoes and mix all masalas.  Mash the rajma and mix with the potatoes.

3. Make balls, flatten and roll in corn flour.

4. Shallow fry in oil till golden brown.

5. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
