A quick and easy Peda Recipe made from milk and sugar, a good diet for your children and family members to keep them healthy.
milk powder 500 – gm
pure ghee 100 -gm
cardamom powder ½ – tsp
sugar 100 gm
Preparation / Method
1 . heat ghee in a heavy pan , lower heat, add 250 – gm of milk powder then add two tbsp of water , stir well continuously , now add remaining milk powder , sugar , cardamom powder . maintain heat lower , stir continuously , cook for ten minutes , if necessary add one or two tbsp of water , it will take the form of dough . off flame .
2 . after ten minutes , divide dough in to small balls , slightly flatten , make a light thumb expression . cool it .
