Pav Paneer Recipe

Ingredients
1 . 8 –     pavs

2 . 100 – gms paneer ( small cubes)

3 . 100 – gms potatoes (cut into small pieces )

4 . 50 – gms onion ( chopped )

5 . 10-flakes garlic ( sliced )

6 .  1 – inch ginger( sliced )

7 . 1 – table spoon lemon juice

8 . 1 – tea spoon salt

9 . ½ – tea spoon turmeric ( haldi ) powder

10 . 1 – tea spoon coriander ( dhania ) powder

11 . 2- green chilies ( cut in small pieces)

12 . 2 – table spoon mustered oil

Masala-preparation-for-pao-First cut the potatoes, Paneer, onion, garlic and ginger as shown in the image above,

Method
1 . heat one and half table spoon of  oil in a large pan

2 . Fry the  paneer till light brown , remove it (Shown above)

3 . put potatoes in hot oil and Fry them rill light brown , remove it (Shown above)

4 . Now put chilies,  garlic and onion on the frying pan , fry them lightly for half minute , now add haldi(turmeric), dhania(coriander) and salt , fry them  in low flame for three minutes , now add paneer and potatoes and a small cup of water , mix them well , Now  cover the frying pan and allow low flame for five minutes . Now allow the mixture to cool naturally without opening the cover of frying pan.

5.let it be cooled without  opening the cover remove this mixture in a bowl.

6. Now cut the Pav (only half) from side, carefully fill the mixture from the frying pan to Pao and close the cover.

7 . Take oil( ½ table spoon ) in a pan ,heat in low flame , put paw filled with mixture , heat for 2 minutes and flip the Pav carfully and again heat for 1 min. Now the Pao Paneer recipe is complete.

8. Serve with Tomato sauce or Chutney.
