Paneer Schezwan Recipe

Ingredients
Paneer – 250 grams
Maida – 2 tablespoon
Cornflour – 2 tablespoon
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – 2 taste
Green chilly sauce , red chilly sauce , soya sauce , hot and sweat tomato sauce : 2-2 tablespoon
Noodles boiled and fried – 1/2 packet
Oil – for frying
Spring onion – 2 cups finely chopped
Vinegar – 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoon
Eatable red colour – 1 pinch
Ajinomoto – 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh coriander – to decorate

Method
Fry the noodles to make it crisp . Make a mixture of maida , cornflour , salt , black pepper . Dip paneer in it and fry it . Take a pan , put 3 tablespoon oil , ginger garlic paste , spring onion and cook it for few minutes . Add vinegar , all the sauces , red colour , salt , black pepper, ajinomoto and cook it for 5 minutes
Take a plate and put paneer first then the sauces and at last put the noodles and decorate it with coriander
