Paneer rezala recipe


Paneer rezala(in white gravy)

200 gms paneer cut into rectangular pieces
2 large onions
1 cup cashed nuts
1/2 cup grated mawa
1 cup milk
1/2 cup beaten curd
2 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 slitted green chillies
3 tbs melted butter
2 cardamoms.
Salt to taste.

Boil the onions and grind to a smooth paste .
Soak the cashew nuts in water for half an hour and grind to a smooth paste.
Heat butter in a pan .add the cardamoms and green chilies .add the onion and ginger garlic paste .wait till they ooze oil.
Add the mawa curd and milk.adjust salt.cook for 5 mins.add the paneer and pepper powder.cook on low flame for more 5 mins.sprinkle garam masala.
You can garnish with corriander leaves before serving.
