PANEER CHEESE KI SEEKH

Serves:  4

Cooking time:  15 mins.

Ingredients:

200 gms. paneer

150 gms. cheese (grated)

100 gms. potatoes, boiled and mashed

10 gms. wholewheat flour (atta)

5 gms. ginger, cut finely in pieces

5 gms. garlic, cut finely

5 gms. green coriander leaves

2 gms. ajwain

Butter for serving

Salt to taste

Method:

1. Mix the potatoes, cheese and paneer and keep aside.

2. Then add flour and all the other ingredients.

3. Now take the paneer mixture and wrap it over in seekh sticks and cook in a tandoor for 10 mins.

4. When the paneer mixture turns golden brown, then remove from the tandoor and put butter and serve with dhania-phudina ki chutney.
