PALAK CORN RICE

1.1 cup palak puree
2.1/2 cup corn
3. 2 cup rice
4. 4 tsp ginger garlic paste
5. 2-3 chopped green chillies
6. 2 tsp cooking oil
7. 2bsp tomato puree
8. Water to cook rice

SPICES
1. 1/2 tsp cumin seed
2. 1 tsp lal mirch
3. 1 tsp coriander powder
4. 1 tsp garam masala
5. salt according to taste

SERVINGS: 4-5 people

METHOD
1.Soak rice in water for 15-20 mins.
2.Add oil in a pan and then roast cumin seeds and add ginger garlic paste.
3.Add tomato puree and garam masala,lal mirch,coriander powder ,salt and mix well.
4.Add corns and saute.
5.Then add the soaked rice to it with 3 1/2 cup of water.
6.Then add the palak puree to it and mix well.
7.Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 15-20 mins.
8.RICE READY! serve hot with curd or your favourite dish.
