Orange Sauce


1 kg oranges

1/4  cup lime juice

1 cup sugar

1-2 drops red color

1 tsp. corn flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper powder


Wash oranges.Remove skin,outer white portion and seeds. Blend it with corn flour to a fine paste.

Mix all,cook mixture over low heat until thickened,about 10-15 minutes.Cool,store in dry airtight bottles.Keep in fridge.
