1 large orange (peeled but keep the pith on)
1 large handful mixed berries strawberries, black berries, blue berries, raspberries (in season fresh is best but you can get good quality frozen mixed berries from any suppermarket)
1 banana (fairtrade where possible)
100g low-fat live yogrut
4 ice cubes
Method: Juice the orange and pour into the blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. If you wish to make this in super- fast time you can get some fresh non-concentrate orange juice and pour into the blender with the other ingredients – this saves cleaning the juicer!
