Shahi Bread

Recommended Ingredients:Take 8 Bread Slices
20 cashew
Milk 1 litre (approx)
Sugar 100-150 gms (on taste)
Kova 200 or more gms
Cardamom 6
Almonds chopped 20
Pista chopped 20

preparing Shahi Bread:

Toast bread slices in your microwave.
Boil the milk in 3litre bowl on 80% power for 15mins. Boil for more time if you need extra thickens.
Powder the sugar and cardamom togerther and add to the milk along with kova, saffron, Kewra essence.
Mix well and microwave on 80% power for 10mins. Stir once during cooking.
Arrange the toasted bread slices in a flat serving dish and pour the reduced milk mixture on the top. Garnish with chopped pista and almonds and allow it to cool completely.
Serve chilled
