Microwave sabudana khichdi

Sabudane ki Khichadi Microwave Time 5 Mins 30 Sec

  • 1 ½  Sabudana
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 teacup peanuts
  • 1 teacup chopped coriander
  • 1 potato
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut •
  • 1 tbsp ghee

MethodSoak and drain Sabudana 2 hour before cooking . Roast and powder peanuts. Chop, green chillies. Peel and chop potato. Mix Sabudana, peanuts, salt and keep aside. Heat ghee on high for 30 seconds. Add green chilies, cumin’ seeds and Potato. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add the Sabudana peanut mixture and Chopped coriander. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Serve hot garnished with coconut & coriander.
