Mexican potato recipe

Ingredients –
Potato- 500 grams
Garlic – 1 tablespoon chopped
Oil – 1 chopped
Salt – to taste
Red chilli – to taste

Method –
Cut thick stripes of potato , add all the ingredients and roast it in oven at 150*C until it becomes soften and red . Serve hot with chutney
