MATAR KALAKAND RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1Cup Green peas
1/2 Cup fresh cream
2-3 Green cardamom
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Skimmed milk powder
1/2 tbls desi ghee
1tbls kishmish
1 tsp pistachios

METHOD:
1.Grind the peas n cream together in food processor.
2.Heat up the ghee in a pan n fry cardamoms.
3.Add cream,peas mixture to ghee n cook it covered for 10 mts or till it turns l’il pink.
4.Add sugar n milk powder n cook till the sugar dissolves .
5.Finally add kishmish,pistachios n cook a l’il more .
6.Serve on normal tempreature wth cream n pistachios.
