Preparation time : 10 minutes. Cooking time : 10 minutes . serves 4
2 cups ladies fingers , slit into four iengthwise
2 tbsp Bengal gram flour (besan)
½ tsp turmeric powder ( haldi)
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss well.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the bhindi till crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
