250 Gms green mango
3 tbsp red chili powder
4 tbsp mustard oil
Wash mango, remove water using a towel, remove green skin, cut into small pieces, remove seeds, add salt and chili powder, grind it to paste, mix mustard oil, spread it on big tray, put it in sun light for one day. Collect it in a clean jar.
Bookney is ready, may use with rice or chapatti.
