Makai ka veg upma

• 4 cup water
• 1 cup makai ka daliya
• 1 cup mix veg. (green peas, carrot, tomatoes, capsicum)
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• ¼ tablespoon turmeric powder
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• ½ tablespoon sugar
• ½ tablespoon lemon juice
• ½ tablespoon mustard seed
• 4-5 kuri leaves

Method:-
• Heat oil in a wok
• Add mustard seed and kuri leaves
• Then add onion and ginger garlic paste
• Now add mix veg. and makai ka daliya
• Then add salt, turmeric powder and sugar
• Now add water and cook till all the ingredients cook
• Then add lemon juice
• Your makai ka veg. upma is ready
