500gms medium lemons
10 one-inch ginger pieces, finely chopped
Salt to taste (2 tab spoons)
1tablespoon red chilli powder
Wash the lemons, wipe them dry and cut them into two. Remove the seeds and cut each half into four to five pieces. Take lemons in a bowl add the other ingredients, mix well, and replace it in a glass jar. Put it in sun light for 40 days in sun light.
Now pickle is ready. It can be preserved for 2 years.
