Below is my easy recipe and i am sure people enjoy the same.
2table spoon refined oil
salt to taste
1 tea spoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3-4 red dry chilies
1 table spoon coriander leaves(optional)
1/4 tea spoon dry mint powder(optional)
1/4 teaspoon heeng powder
curry leaves (few)
1teaspoon dry mango powder(amchoor)
make small pieces of left over chapati es and roast the till get light
brown in a oven. heat the oil in a pan and put mustard seeds and red whole chilies till it start cracking. put roasted pieces of chapati in oil , salt , turmeric powder, curry leaves and amchoor powder , mix well and put some water to observe by the mixture, cover with a lid and let it boil for 5-10 minutes, remove the lid and see whether gravy becomes thick, remove from the heat and serve hot. this is the best option to utilise the leftover chapaties.
