Lahsun Ki Chutney (Garlic ki Chutney) - Chutney, Raita, Sauce, Jam

Garlic chutney is spicy and healthy, the Garlic chutney requires very less time and it adds a spicy tadka to your regular dish.

Ingradients Required
2 garlic clove
10 chillies
3-tea spoon mustered oil
1- tea spoon salt (or less / as to taste)

Method
Lahsun and Chilli
1 . Rost garlic clove in flame
2 . Rost chillies in flame
Lahsun and Chiili after heat
3 . seprate flakes from garlic clove carefully as shown above the figure,
4 . put all the ingradients in a chutney pot and mix well in a food blender.
5. store in cool and dry place and you can use it for one or two days.
