KALAKAND

Ingredients

500gms soft paneer

2 tbsp (heaped) milk powder

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

2 tbsp sugar

method

Mash well all the ingredients, put it in a thick pan, using medium flame heat it with continuous stir, heat for 7-10 minutes, spread it on to a greased plate, cool it and cut into squares. Serve it cool.
