Kaddu ka ful ka chilla

pumpkin’s flower , Besan, salt, chilly powder, chopped Ginger (in small pieces), chopped Garlic (in small pieces), Water, edible oil

Wash Pumpkin’s flower properly. Mix besan with water, add salt & chilly powder as per taste . Keep it thick. Add chopped garlic & ginger. Keep the fry pan on the gas stove & let it be a little warm. Then pour a small amount of oil on it. Take pumpkin flower & dip into the mixed besan then set on the fry pan , pour some oil around the chilla & let it for 1 min., then flip it & let the other side cook 4 some time. After chilla is cooked, serve it hot with tomato sause.
