Jam Samosas Recipe


Ingredients :

For the dough :-

Flour – 2

Sugar – 1/2 cup

Milk – as per requirement

Ghee -3 tsp

For stuffing, mix all the ingredients :


Mixed Fruit Jam – 6 tsp

Raisins – 3 tsp

Chopped Cashew nuts + Pistachios – 2 tsp

Milk – 2 to 3 tbsp (if necessary).

Method :

Sift flour. Add sugar and ghee very well.

Add milk to make a stiff dough.

Divide the dough into 10 equal portions.

Roll each portion into puris.

Cut each puri into half and fold them in the shape of a cone to make samosa.

Stuff the samosa with the above filling.

Seal its edges using a little water.

Deep fry the samosas till golden brown.

Serve these JAM SAMOSAS with curd or honey.
