100 Gms red chilies

25 Gms coriander powder

50 Gms raw mango powder

25 Gms yellow mustard seeds powder

25 Gms black mustard seeds powder

100 salts

5tbsp mustard oil


Wash and thoroughly dry the red chilies, remove the stems.

Roast dry the mustard seeds for 5 minutes over medium flame.

Roast coriander powder for 3-4 minutes over medium flame, stir constantly.

Grind all the ingredients to a coarse paste, Place it in a glass jar. You may use it.

Put in sun light for 3-4 days

Achar is ready.
