1 tbsp chironji (washed &soaked overnight)
2 tbsp kismis (washed &soaked overnight)
15-20 almonds (washed &soaked overnight)
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp ghee
Drain water of chironji and almonds. Grid chironji, almonds and kismis together with soaked water to a fine paste.
Heat ghee, medium flame, add the paste, stir continuously, cook till it separates the pan, lower heat, add sugar and milk powder, stir the mixture well , remove heat. Again stir well to get uniform texture.
Halwa is ready.
