Groundnut chutney


50 gm. groundnut (roasted or fried, skin removed )

2 tbsp. grated coconut

4-5 garlic flakes

2-3 red chilies

1/2 tsp. mustard seeds

1 tbsp. mustard oil

1 tsp. tamarind paste


Grind groundnut, coconut, garlic, salt and tamarind to a fine paste using necessary amount of water.

Splutter mustard seeds and chilies in oil and pour on the paste.

chutney is ready.
