Ingredients :

Palak spinach – 3/4 bowl

Khoya – 250 gms

Sugar – 200 gms

Ghee – 4 tbsp

Boondi & cherries – for decoration.

Method :

Wash and clean the spinach thoroughly.

Boil it for 3 minutes. Strain it.

Make a smooth paste.

Grind khoya to powder.

Heat ghee in a pan.

Add khoya , sugar and spinach paste.

Stir continuously, till it leaves the side of the pan.

Remove from heat.

Rub little ghee on palm.

Take a portion of the mixture and make small bowls.

Fill the green bowls with boondi.

GREEN BOWL SANDESH is ready to serve
