Grape Sauce


250 gm. black grapes

4 tbsp. sugar

2 tsp. corn flour

2 tbsp. lime juice

2-3 drops of vanilla essence

1/2 cup water


Wash and boil grapes in water until soft, cool, remove seeds, add corn flour and sugar, blend it to get uniform mixture. Stirring continuously simmer it on low heat until slight thick. Add lemon juice and essence. Cool it, collect in dry airtight bottles. Keep in fridge. Sauce is ready.
