GARLIC CORIANDER RICE

Ingredients :


Govinda Bhog rice / Basmati rice – 1 cup

Green peas – 1/2 boiled

Coriander leaves – 1 bunch (paste)

Garlic – 5 flakes

Green chilli – 5 chopped

Sugar – 1/2 tsp

Refined oil – for cooking

Ghee – 2tsp

Salt – according to taste

Method :

Prepare rice with sufficient water. Strain it. Add salt.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped garlic, green chilli, coriander paste, salt and sugar one by one.

Add rice and ghee.Mix well.

Garnish with green peas.

GARLIC CORIANDER RICE is ready.

Serve hot with curry.
