Fig Pudding

Ingredients:

  • figs(anjeer) : – 3 cups
  • Breadcrumb : – 4 cups
  • Sugar : – 7 cups
  • Suet shredded : – 5 cups
  • Nutmeg : – 20 gms
  • Milk : – 1 tin

Method:

  1. Make the fine chopping of figs and mix nutmeg, suet, sugar and breadcrumb in it.
  2. Add some milk in it.
  3. Place the mixture into a greased basin, cover it with double piece of greased paper and keep for steaming for about 3 hours.
  4. Now serve the dish with wine foam sauce.
