10 lemons juice
1 tablespoons salt
5 tablespoons sugar
250 grams dates, washed seeded and roughly chopped
1 tablespoons red chilli powder
Take all the ingredients except chilli powder, cook it for 5-7 minutes on low heat, and stir continuously. Remove heat. Add chilli powder, stir well. Allow to cool and pour into a sterilized jar. Seal while warm.
Pickle is ready. It may be preserved for 15-20 days.
