*green or red chilly
*aamchur powder/chaat masala
wash bhindis and cut into medium pieces.mix with little salt and
deep fry them.keep it aside on tissue to get rid of excess oil.
then beat the curd well,add jeera powder,coriander powder ,chaat masala, salt into it.mix it..heat a tadka pan,pour oil 1 tsp.
put the chillies,mustard seeds and curry leaves and then pour this into the curd.add fried bhindis into it..dish is ready.
it is a side dish in a meal..especially in an odia meal.
kids those who dont like bhindi too would love this dish.
