Potato – 500gms
Curd – 50gms
Coconut – 1 cup (grated)
Green chilli – 6 to 8 (chopped)
Hing – a pinch
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Red chilli – 2
Curry leaves -few
Refined oil – 4tbsp
Salt – according to taste.
Boil & peel potatoes. Make it sure, that it is not boiled too long.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing,red chilli, grated coconut, sugar and curd.
Lastly add boiled potatoes, chopped green chillies and salt.
Stir continuously till done.
DAHI AALU is ready to serve. Serve this subzi with roti, paratha or puri.
